In April 2007 my wife Kristin came home from her annual appointment for a Mammogram with news that they had taken extra images and wanter her to visit the other clinic for an Ultrasound. She had her images with her, and I instantly recognized the Cancer. Thus began Kristin's "Road to Baldness and Back". After Ultrasound, MRI, two biopsys, two surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation treatmensts, Kristin is now Cancer Free. Her ordeal brought our family closer together and is a perfect example of the importance of early detection and treatment. In 2008 we walked as a family at the Boston Making Strides against Breast Cancer event. It was great opportunity for our daughter, Emma, to see that her mother would survive and that there are many people there to support us.
