My grandmother was like many older folks, proud and stubborn. She would not tell anyone that anything was wrong. By time she ended up in the hospital, her breast cancer ( which if caught earlier most likely would have saved her life) had spread to her entire body. The doctor's said only a miracle would save her. Ultimately the cancer took her life. Even though this may seem like a depressing story, these need to be told for the simple fact that waiting is not an option. Even though I am a man, cancer doesn't discriminate and I beg everyone to get checked out . The old saying " better safe than sorry" is right on target as far as cancer goes.
