Hello. My name is Charlotte and I received my FIRST mammogram in October of 2005, and I am scheduled for my second one. Well...Thank God, my first mammogram results were fine. In other words there were NO lumps or anything found.
The reason that I am on this web site is because Cancer runs very strong in my family (on both sides). I am sad to say that I lost my grandmother to breast cancer about 14 years ago and my aunt passed away in August 2006, just two days before her 59th birthday due to breast cancer in both of her breasts that were both removed. Now I have a cousin that is 42 years old that was diagnosed in 2006 with breast cancer and she has undergone two breast surgeries in two month time frame.
I would like to say to ALL of the survivors of breast cancer that I am happy for them that they beat this horrible disease. To all of the LADIES that have been diagnosed, I am praying for you and with you, you have SUPPORT, and God is with you and will take care of you and DON’T give up. Believe me it HURTS to see my family members have to go through this, but the most that I am able to do is to give my support and let them know that I am HERE for them.
THANK YOU so much for your Web site. I am sure that there are a lot of WOMEN who appreciates this. I will definitely share this with my cousin. Once again, thank you. Sincerely, Charlotte Davis
